Job summary

FATHOM LLC is seeking a Learning & Enablement Specialist to support a federal software modernization initiative. You will analyze user needs, develop practical curricula, and build scalable enablement resources to improve workforce readiness and software adoption.

You will collaborate with UX, program management, product, and tech teams to ensure training reflects real-world workflows and evolving product capabilities. Travel to customer locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in adult learning and instructional design.
• Experience designing in-classroom, virtual, self-paced and blended programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation.
• Able to translate complex software processes into practical training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses.
• Design and deliver blended learning strategies for diverse audiences.
• Develop scenario-based training that mirrors workflows.
• Lead curriculum development and create facilitator materials and job aids.
• Establish standard enablement templates and toolkits.
• Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts and product teams.
• Maintain onboarding curricula and continuing education resources.
• Collaborate with UX, PM, product teams to reflect actual workflows.
• Define measures of training effectiveness and readiness.
