Job summary

Félix is expanding nationwide and building a high-caliber Credit Risk team for its Send Now Pay Later product. We are seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst who thrives with data, portfolio mathematics, and lending dynamics to own quantitative frameworks and credit models that drive profitability.

You will partner with engineering to deploy scoring models, manage credit policies, and monitor portfolio health across demographics in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of deep analytical experience in Credit Risk, managing unsecured consumer lending or digital lending products.
• Expert level in SQL and statistical data modeling (Python/R, dbt, or similar data infrastructures).
• Proven track record of evaluating and defining credit policies balancing growth and losses.
• Experience working with data scientists to evaluate and integrate predictive ML credit scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Lending Portfolio Leadership: lead analytics for SNPL, source of truth for credit insights.
• Executive Reporting: deliver portfolio health, NPL trends, macroeconomic risk factors.
• Financial Modeling: optimize valuation, vintage analysis, and NPV credit models.
• Framework Architecture: design end-to-end credit analytics for SNPL and future products.
• Acquisition Credit Policy: manage policy to optimize approvals and keep default risk in line.
• Credit Monitoring & Surveillance: monitor credit distribution across demographics.
• Customer Management Policy: test and iterate credit policies (limits, re-engagement).
• Model Integration & Testing: work with engineering to deploy scoring models and testing.
