Equifax is seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Consultant in St. Louis to design, deliver, and measure high-impact learning for Commercial Teams within Workforce Solutions. You will diagnose gaps, build learning architecture, and partner with sales leadership, HRBPs, and global teams to drive business results.

The role emphasizes adult learning, ROI evaluation, and a mix of instructor-led, online, and digital learning modalities in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a global, fast-paced L&D role in a matrixed environment.
• Deep expertise in adult learning theory, ADDIE/SAM, ROI evaluation.
• Excellent facilitation in virtual and in-person settings.
• Experience with talent strategy enablement and needs assessment.
• Proven impact from learning programs across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and priorities.
• Design and deliver multi-modal solutions (ILT, eLearning, workshops, videos).
• Facilitate sessions for sales and cross-functional teams; reinforce sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with HR and Sales Ops to ensure timely, high-quality training.
