Job summary

ESO is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with our EMS healthcare customers in the United States. You will work remotely and reside in Kentucky or Tennessee, growing existing business and developing sales pipeline.

You will build relationships with key decision makers, educate clients on ESO products, develop proposals, forecast opportunities, and lead contract negotiations to close deals within a sales quota. Prior EMS/Fire experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in direct selling or account management.
• Ability to meet and exceed quotas.
• A team enterprise sales mentality.
• The drive to work in a fast‑growing company.
• Bonus: EMS or Firefighting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales pipeline for a territory of named accounts in the United States.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client decision makers and educate clients on ESO products.
• Develop and progress sales proposals addressing client needs.
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities.
• Lead and support contract negotiations to close opportunities.
• Collaborate with EMS and Fire sector stakeholders.
