Job summary

BillionToOne is seeking an EMR Integration Specialist to join our EMR Success team and enable seamless access to UNITY and Northstar within providers' EMR systems.

You'll collaborate with sales, IT, and healthcare partners to implement EMR solutions, train users, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience across the prenatal and oncology domains. Travel up to 50% is required across the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in EMR systems or patient portals, ideally at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab.
• Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and EMR implementations.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and staff at all levels.
• Very tech-savvy; previous experience in a technical role is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage expectations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, healthcare providers/systems and IT teams to implement EMR solutions in-person and virtually.
• Act as SME and primary contact for prenatal and oncology EMR solutions.
• Provide customer support, troubleshooting, and end-user training on all solutions.
• Lead workflow assessment, rollout planning, training plans, go-live support, etc.
