Job summary
BillionToOne Inc. is seeking an EMR Integration Specialist to join the EMR Success team. This remote role supports prenatal and oncology sales by driving successful EMR solution implementations and ensuring providers can access UNITY and Northstar within their EMR.
Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare IT teams, acting as the SME for EMR solutions, and delivering end-user training. Travel up to 50% across the US may be required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in EMR systems or patient portals in a diagnostics setting.
- Understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare orgs, and EMR implementations.
- Strong client relationships across levels.
- Tech-savvy with cross-functional teamwork.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and provider IT teams to implement EMR solutions in-person and virtually.
- Serve as SME and main contact for prenatal/oncology EMR solutions.
- Provide customer support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
- Lead workflow assessments, rollout planning, and go-live support.
- Own post-implementation relationships and contact for changes.
- Identify new EMR solutions and interoperability opportunities.
