Pair Team is hiring an Employee Relations Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will own formal ER processes, lead investigations, draft disciplinary actions, and coordinate accommodations and leave considerations, partnering with People Business Partners to ensure compliant, scalable practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with employee relations and investigations.
• Strong discipline, performance processes, and documentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, and leave processes.
• Solid employment-law awareness and compliance risk management.
• Adaptable in fast-growing environments with neutral, procedural mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own formal employee relations from intake to resolution.
• Lead workplace investigations for harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.
• Draft, issue and track disciplinary actions and warnings.
• Manage the performance improvement plan process end-to-end.
• Coordinate ADA/PWFA accommodations and leave considerations.
• Support leave-related and compliance-sensitive matters (FMLA, non-FMLA).
• Maintain audit-ready records across ER cases and investigations.
• Build trackers and dashboards to monitor ER metrics.
• Provide guidance to PBPs and leadership on compliant processes.
