Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Lead to own formal processes, investigations, and guidance across multiple jurisdictions as we scale globally.

You will drive end-to-end performance processes, run fair investigations into misconduct, and manage disciplinary matters with Legal. You will also build playbooks and training to raise lead capability and reduce case volume. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and experience supporting globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ER case leadership in fast-growing environments.
• Strong judgment handling sensitive issues.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, with counsel interaction.
• Clear documentation and coaching for difficult conversations.
• Ability to move fast and build scalable ER processes.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead formal performance processes end to end in partnership with Leads and People Partners
• Run fair investigations into misconduct, grievances, and complaints from fact finding through to outcome
• Manage disciplinary, dismissal, and exit matters with Legal and external counsel as needed
• Triage cases with People Partners using clear escalation criteria
• Maintain case logs and report patterns, risks, and trends by team, region, and case type
• Build playbooks, templates, and training to raise lead capability and reduce case volume
