Job summary

Sephora seeks an Employee Relations Partner for the Retail Southeast region to lead investigations, resolve workplace disputes, and guide policy with up-to-date employment law knowledge. This role reports to the Employee Relations Manager and supports leadership in building compliant, high-performing teams.

Based in the Southeast (Atlanta, Orlando, or Miami preferred) with remote work options and up to 20% travel. Expect collaboration across HR and operations to strengthen culture and retention.

Qualifications

• ER role experience; HR experience a plus.
• Leading workplace investigations (EEO/Title VII) - 4+ years.
• Performance management experience - 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations into workplace complaints and potential policy violations. Provide expert counsel and recommend appropriate actions.
• Analyze trends and collaborate with stakeholders to address recurring issues and improve processes.
• Deliver training and guidance to managers and employees on policy compliance and ER best practices.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and projects as needed.
