Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field with 2 years' HR/ER experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience supporting leaders with disciplinary actions, conduct issues, and terminations.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all employee levels.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on disciplinary actions, performance issues, and terminations.
• Review disciplinary actions and PIPs using Workday and ServiceNow.
• Partner with ER team, HRBPs, and Legal to align with company values.
• Ensure policy interpretation and consistent application across stakeholders.
• Own and document ER cases in the case management system.
• Analyze ER trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Willing to travel up to 25%, remote work as needed.
