Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field, with 2 years' HR/Employee Relations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to advise leaders on disciplinary actions, performance plans, and terminations.
• Strong communication across all levels and independent, urgent work style.
• Experience supporting multiple leaders with investigations and case management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on employee relations matters with strong listening and investigative skills.
• Review disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination requests in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Partner with ER team, HRBPs, Legal to align recommendations with company values.
• Ensure policy compliance and educate stakeholders as needed.
• Own and document ER cases in case management or Ethics Hotline.
• Analyze ER trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a positive ER environment with timely issue resolution.
• Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges.
• Provide backup staffing for ER intake and conduct less complex investigations.
