Cox Automotive is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) who can guide leaders through disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination reviews. The ERBP will collaborate with HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure fair, compliant practices while managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis of ER trends, strong communication across all levels, and the ability to travel up to 25% with potential remote work options.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field; 2 years' HR/employee relations experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Direct experience supporting leaders with disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and involuntary terminations.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and union avoidance.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work remotely.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow or similar case-management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as employee relations expert, advising leaders with investigations and actions.
• Support reviews of disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination requests.
• Partner with ER team, HRBPs, Legal, and other departments to align with company priorities.
• Interpret policies to ensure consistent application and educate stakeholders.
• Own assigned ER cases and document matters per ER processes and Ethics Hotline.
• Analyze ER trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a positive ER environment with timely issue resolution.
• Assist with information gathering related to legal complaints and charges.
• Serve as backup for ER intake and conduct less complex investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
