Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring an Analyst I to support Colleague Relations in a remote, W2 contract role. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, offering guidance on accommodations, workforce reductions, performance concerns, and attendance policies.

You will respond to a high volume of calls and help resolve issues at first contact while documenting cases for escalation. Ideally, you have 2+ years in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles, strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or as an HR Generalist or HR leader.
• Strong interpersonal communication and real-time problem solving."
• Experience with policy interpretation and company code of conduct is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues seeking guidance via centralized phone system.
• Provide timely, effective solutions during the initial contact and escalate as needed.
• Assist with policy interpretation and application of company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Consult with leaders on colleague discipline and performance issues.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Support cross-functional teams and understand current state and federal employment laws.
