TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Employee Experience to help shape how employees experience the company across onboarding, performance management, leadership development, recognition, transitions, and communications.

You will work with People + Culture, People Insights, Internal Communications, IT, and business units to design engaging experiences and turn feedback into actionable improvements.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in employee experience, people programs, talent management, internal communications, organizational development, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee experiences across onboarding, performance management, and development initiatives.
• Use feedback and data to identify opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, connection, and ease of use.
• Help track activities, deliverables, and measures related to employee experience programs.
• Collaborate with People + Culture, Internal Communications, IT, and business units to implement programs and communications.
