Job summary

Temp-Con, Inc. is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to partner with field operations, project leadership, and corporate teams.

You will support employees and leaders across onboarding, performance management, engagement, HR administration, and workforce communications to deliver a positive, consistent experience. You will promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with policies, labor agreements, and employment regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist/Employee Relations experience.
• Experience with field-based, construction, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employee questions and support.
• Support onboarding, engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with employee surveys, feedback programs, and action planning.
• Support HR administration, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Coordinate learning, training, and compliance activities.
