Job summary

TEECOM is seeking a mid-level People Operations Specialist to drive onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes for a global team. You will manage HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and partner with leaders to improve documentation and training programs.

You will conduct Stay Interviews, support investigations and compliance, and contribute to scalable processes during high-growth periods with a focus on TEECOM’s Care, Trust, and Value values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Experience maintaining accurate HR systems with data security.
• Experience creating training content or documentation.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and other systems.
• Provide guidance on People Operations policies, procedures, and training.
• Update and improve People Operations documentation and procedures.
• Conduct Stay Interviews and Exit Interviews to drive engagement and retention.
• Support benefits administration and compliance activities as needed.
