Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Employee Experience to drive the employee lifecycle programs across onboarding, performance, development, recognition, transitions and communications.

You will coordinate People + Culture initiatives, partner with IT, business units, and manager communities, and craft clear content and measurement tools. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in employee experience, people programs, talent management, internal communications, organizational development, employee listening, or a related field.
• Experience supporting or improving onboarding or other employee-facing People + Culture programs.
• Experience coordinating leadership development, cohort-based learning, executive programs, employee experiences, or complex events from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee experiences across onboarding, performance management, talent and leadership development, recognition, transitions, and employee communications.
• Support onboarding by maintaining communications, resources, and materials for new hires and gathering feedback to identify improvements.
• Develop and maintain content, templates, and campaigns across recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, change management and transitions.
