Job summary

Talentoma is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to drive onboarding, engagement surveys, and HR inquiries from a fully remote homebase in Washington state. The role collaborates with employees, managers, recruiters, and IT, and supports the HR team lead with timely, accurate updates.

A 40-hour week applies with flexibility on days and shifts. You will use Workday, Google Calendar, Cornerstone, and SurveyMonkey to manage tasks, track progress, and deliver high-quality employee

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding support, or employee experience administration preferred.
• Familiarity with employee onboarding stages, orientation planning, recognition activities, and private information handling.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming employee emails, identify topic and urgency, and organize next steps using team procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding after recruiters confirm a new starter, check manager availability and orientation requirements.
• Use Workday to check employee details, update onboarding milestones, and record progress notes.
• Arrange virtual orientations and check-ins via Google Calendar, confirming invitations and meeting details.
• Coordinate learning activities through Cornerstone and monitor completion status.
• Answer routine questions about orientation, resources, and recognition programs for employees.
• Organize listening activities through SurveyMonkey and summarize themes without exposing feedback.
• Maintain recognition calendars and ensure accurate dates and next steps.
• Follow up on overdue actions and escalate sensitive concerns to HR team lead.
• Review completed activities for accuracy and share obstacles during team reviews.
