Job summary

Partner Company in the United States is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain personnel files, ensure HR compliance across multiple states, and support training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR or recruitment experience with strong candidate evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in ADP RUN and knowledge of US employment regulations for remote teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
