Qualifications

• Prior benefit administration, insurance brokerage or insurance provider experience
• Or, experience in adjacent employee benefits industries
• Service Center and/or Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients regarding employee benefit enrollment in a professional, energetic manner
• Document call details and respond accurately to inquiries
• Be a resourceful problem solver and collaborate to find solutions
• Ensure processing compliance and complete transactions timely and accurately
• Own the process from receipt to resolution under established procedures
• Attend required training and work from home per schedule
