Job summary

Businessolver is hiring full-time Advocates to support clients by handling inbound calls regarding employee benefits enrollment in a 100% remote environment. You will train remotely and work from your home office, with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching.

The role operates in a 7 AM–7 PM CST window on weekdays and is designed for individuals who thrive in a technology-driven, customer-centric setting. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

• Answer a broad range of inbound calls in support of clients, professionally and positively.
• Respond accurately and document call details.

• Take accountability for the process from receipt to resolution.

• 100% Remote - Work & Train from Your Home
• Available 8 hour shifts are Monday - Friday, between 10 AM - 7:00 PM CST
• Start Date: December 7th
• Pay: $20/hour

We are seeking full-time employees (Advocates) to support our clients by taking calls regarding employee benefit enrollment. This is an inbound call center environment with operating hours from Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM CST. This is a meaningful role in which you can take pride in knowing that at the other end of our technology is a person, a family member, or a loved one that needs your support.

The Details:

• Answer a broad range of inbound calls (in support of clients) in a professional, energetic, and positive manner
• Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly
• Must be a resourceful and creative problem solver who can work with members of the team to find solutions
• Ensure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately
• Take accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution
• Work under general supervision following established procedures

What You Need to Make the Cut:

• Prior benefit administration, insurance brokerage or insurance provider experience is preferred but not required
• Service Center and/or Customer Service Experience is Required
• Strong customer-centric mindset
• Must be comfortable with technology - we are a technology company!
• Competitive, team player who strives for excellence
• Strong interpersonal skills to find success in every opportunity
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills

We Require that You Have:

• Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload)
• Ethernet Cable Connection Highly Recommended

Training:

• Businessolver will provide a comprehensive training program prior to "going live" - this includes virtual classroom training, self-guided e-learning and job shadowing
• All training sessions are mandatory & will be completed from the convenience of your home office

Initial Training Schedule:

• First week: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST
• Remaining Five weeks: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST

PLEASE NOTE:

Planned time off may be restricted during our peak Annual Enrollment period ( October through December ). Availability during this timeframe is an essential requirement of the role. Member Advocates will have Christmas Day & New Year's Day off, with an early release at 2 PM CST on Christmas Eve. Monday, December 18th - Thursday, December 31st will be regular training/working hours & attendance is mandatory.
