Job summary

Businessolver is hiring full-time Advocates to support clients by taking calls about employee benefit enrollment. This is a 100% remote role, with 8-hour shifts Mon–Fri CST, starting December 7. Work from your home office and join a team focused on service and accuracy.

You will answer inbound calls, document details, resolve issues, and ensure compliance throughout the processing cycle. Training is provided remotely, and prior benefits or customer service experience is preferred.

• Prior benefit administration, insurance brokerage or insurance provider experience.
• Experience in adjacent employee benefits industries.
• Service Center and/or Customer Service Experience.

• Ensure compliance in processing and complete transactions timely.
• Take accountability for the end-to-end process from receipt to resolution.

• 100% Remote - Work & Train from Your Home
• Available 8 hour shifts are Monday - Friday, between 10 AM - 7:00 PM CST
• Start Date: December 7th
• Pay: $20/hour

We are seeking full-time employees (Advocates) to support our clients by taking calls regarding employee benefit enrollment. This is a meaningful role in which you can take pride in knowing that at the other end of our technology is a person, a family member, or a loved one that needs your support.

The Details:

• Answer a broad range of inbound calls (in support of clients) in a professional, energetic, and positive manner
• Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly
• Must be a resourceful and creative problem solver who can work with members of the team to find solutions
• Ensure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately
• Take accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution
• Work under general supervision following established procedures

What You Need to Make the Cut:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior benefit administration, insurance brokerage or insurance provider experience
• Or, experience in adjacent employee benefits industries
• Service Center and/or Customer Service Experience

Technology:

• Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload)
• Ethernet Cable Connection

Training:

• Businessolver will provide a comprehensive training program prior to “going live” - this includes virtual classroom training, self-guided e-learning and job shadowing
• All training sessions are mandatory & will be completed from the convenience of your home office
• Initial Training Schedule:
• First week: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST
• Remaining Five weeks: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST

PLEASE NOTE: Planned time off may be restricted during our peak Annual Enrollment period (October through December). Availability during this timeframe is an essential requirement of the role. Member Advocates will have Christmas Day & New Year's Day off, with an early release at 2 PM CST on Christmas Eve. Monday, December 18th - Thursday, December 31st will be regular training/working hours & attendance is mandatory.
