Job summary

Businessolver is seeking full-time Advocates to support clients by handling calls regarding employee benefits enrollment from a home office. This 100% remote role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to document call details accurately.

Shifts run Monday–Friday within CST hours; initial and ongoing training is provided remotely, including virtual classroom sessions, self-guided modules, and job shadowing, with compliance and security processes in place.

Qualifications

• Prior benefit administration, insurance brokerage or insurance provider experience.
• Or experience in adjacent employee benefits industries.
• Service Center and/or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer a broad range of inbound calls (in support of clients) in a professional, energetic, and positive manner
• Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly
• Must be a resourceful and creative problem solver who can work with members of the team to find solutions
• Ensure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately
• Take accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution
• Work under general supervision following established procedures
