Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role in the United States. The position starts at $16/hr with 3rd shift availability and includes weekend work.

Responsibilities include handling emergency and non-emergency calls, documenting interactions, and maintaining confidentiality while using CRM software and MS Office tools. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience, with the ability to manage multiple screens and work

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a remote, home-based environment with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms with calm, empathetic communication.
• Record call details and dispatched messages into a database in real time.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
