Job summary
Avnet is seeking an Experienced Embedded Solutions Business Development Manager to drive embedded and intelligent-system opportunities across the Eastern United States. You will partner with account managers, field engineers, and technology partners to identify, develop, and win complex embedded designs.

Qualifications
- Experience leading complex embedded technology opportunities in a sales or business development role.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into integrated embedded solutions.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering and procurement.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional strategy for Embedded Solutions across the Eastern United States.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify target customers and opportunities.
- Build relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and technology partners across the embedded ecosystem.
- Engage engineering, product management, operations, and executives to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Lead system-level discovery discussions and drive early engagement of technical resources.
- Coach account managers and field engineers to identify opportunities and accelerate design Wins.
