Job summary

ADLINK is seeking a Sales Manager to cover the East Coast, including Boston, with a remote work setup. The role entails proactive outbound prospecting, evangelizing ADLINK’s embedded solutions, and driving new and existing customer revenue across the territory.

The candidate will manage a high-potential sales pipeline, work with OEMs and system integrators, and partner with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals. Remote role with travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded computing or related high-tech markets.
• Strong sales and account management skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow OEM accounts on the East Coast.
• Design and implement sales strategies to hit revenue and design-win goals.
• Use consultative selling to translate customer needs into ADLINK solutions.
• Research target organizations and identify key stakeholders to engage.
• Coach stakeholders and build consensus for ADLINK offerings.
• Maintain a robust SFDC pipeline with up-to-date forecasts.
• Provide regular territory forecasts and track performance metrics.
• Manage partner channels and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Travel as needed for customer meetings and events.
