Job summary

ADLINK Technology is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for a remote role in the United States. You will partner with the sales team to craft solutions that meet customer needs, spanning carrier designs, standard products, and full custom systems.

Lead engineering efforts from concept through production, and drive technical content for proposals and SOWs. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of related experience, a BSEE or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of BSEE or equivalent.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunities with Technical Sales Engineer support using SalesForce.
• Collaborate with sales team to win custom system level design opportunities; travel for onsite meetings.
• Create customer-facing presentations and technical content for proposals and SOWs.
• Provide detailed technical support with the PSM team when needed.
• Lead hardware design activities from prototype to production, addressing customer issues.
• Develop NRE, tooling, and certification plans.
• Review BOM costs with internal teams and partners.
• Support San Jose office as needed.
