Job summary

Enviro Resource Management is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to manage email support from a remote setting in the United States. You will be the first contact for customers, reading queries, delivering prompt resolutions, and routing complex issues to the right internal teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring emails, analyzing inquiries for accurate information, and maintaining detailed logs while upholding a polite, professional tone.

Qualifications

• Strong reading comprehension to understand customer issues and routes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incoming customer emails promptly.

• Route emails to the appropriate internal departments (Sales, Tech Support, Billing, Management).
• Follow up with teams to ensure issues are resolved.
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, professional tone in all communications.
