Job summary

Scale Army Careers, a growing DTC e-commerce brand, is strengthening its CRM and retention through email, SMS, automated journeys, and loyalty engagement. The team is scaling its CRM function to drive proactive, data‑driven results.

We’re looking for an experienced Email/SMS marketer with strong Klaviyo expertise to own the technical side of the program, build campaigns and flows, QA deliveries, and collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in email/SMS marketing with strong Klaviyo skills.
• DTC/e-commerce experience required; Shopify and loyalty tools a plus.
• Own the technical side of the brand's email and SMS program.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize email/SMS campaigns, flows, and segments in Klaviyo.
• Manage lifecycle journeys and QA campaigns to ensure accurate delivery.
