Job summary

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our CRM-driven email and SMS programs. You will help build and schedule emails, craft creative briefs, write SMS copy, and handle audience segmentation to boost engagement, conversions, and retention.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in email marketing, strong writing, and experience with segmentation and automation. Experience with Iterable is a bonus in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Digital Marketing Specialist, CRMto support the execution and optimization of our email & SMS marketing program to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention. In this role, you will assist in the daily building and scheduling of all marketing emails, creative brief writing, SMS copywriting, and audience segmentation.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Understanding of email marketing and principles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly around content accuracy, and logic validation.
• Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization
• Own the messaging calendar tied to our biggest moments (special releases, live events, etc)

What We're Looking For

• A strong writer who knows how to hold attention and communicate clearly
• Experience with email platforms (bonus points if you have used Iterable)
