Pearson is hiring a remote English Language Learning Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across a defined territory. The role emphasizes prospecting new accounts, presenting Pearson’s digital and print solutions, and developing long-term partnerships with educators and institutions.

The position requires 2+ years of sales experience in education, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel 3-4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales experience in adult education, higher education, or related market.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, CRM, business systems, and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Use a mix of in-person and virtual outreach to engage 15+ faculty members or decision-makers daily.
• Pursue new business opportunities with a hunter mindset.
• Strategically plan and manage territory and accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Present, sell, and negotiate Pearson’s digital English Language Learning solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding, and training to support adoption.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking using Salesforce (OneCRM).
• Stay current on Pearson products and trends in English Language Learning.
• Build and maintain relationships with teachers, administrators, and bookstore partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support regional sales initiatives.
