Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking polished, client-focused Elite Client Support Consultants to join our fully remote team. You will help clients explore vacation options, plan trips, and coordinate details with care and professionalism.

No previous travel-industry experience is required; we provide beginner-friendly training, ongoing guidance, and access to supplier resources to help you excel in a flexible, supportive environment with growth opportunities.

Ability to provide responsive, individualized client support.
Comfortable researching and comparing multiple vacation options.
Ability to manage several client requests and deadlines.
Willingness to learn supplier platforms and digital tools.
Reliable follow-through and time management.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must reside in a qualifying region and be 18+.

Responsibilities

Build client relationships by learning destinations, dates, budget, interests, and requests.
Research and compare premium resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities.
Coordinate services and maintain confirmations, itineraries, and schedules.
Provide high-level client support with timely updates and follow-ups.
Monitor deadlines and maintain detailed client records.
