Job summary

Hope’s Global Getaways is hiring Client Support Representatives for a fully remote role. You will research destinations, coordinate services, and provide timely support to clients throughout the vacation planning process.

This beginner-friendly position offers onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and flexible scheduling. Prior travel industry experience is not required, and comprehensive training is provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to research and compare options online.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn digital tools and supplier platforms.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in eligible countries (US/UK/ES/Australia/Mexico etc.).

Responsibilities

• Gather client destination preferences, dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages.
• Assist clients in reviewing options and coordinating services through suppliers.
• Keep reservations, confirmations, schedules, and itineraries organized.
• Provide updates, answer routine questions, and assist with booking changes.
• Maintain accurate client records and expand destination and supplier knowledge.
