Responsibilities

• Speak with clients to learn vacation preferences, schedules, budget range, interests, and special considerations.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and package options.
• Help clients understand choices and coordinate arrangements through approved supplier resources.
• Keep booking information, confirmations, important dates, and planning notes organized.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending decisions, missing information, updates, and routine requests.
• Assist with standard reservation adjustments and communicate changes clearly.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and organized records.
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation products.
