Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand our presence across the US by identifying new business opportunities, building strong retail partnerships, and driving sales growth.

This high‑performance hunter role requires resilience, ownership of your territory, and the ability to close high‑value accounts while traveling four days a week.

You’ll work with luxury retailers and C‑suite partners to grow Hästens’ nationwide retail network and elevate the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of ranking in the top 10% of a sales force over 12 months.
• Experience in business development or outside sales.
• Willingness to travel four days per week.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
