Synchrony seeks a VP, Treasury – Payment Systems Product Owner to maximize value across Agile teams delivering core payments capabilities in the Payment Hub. This role blends payments expertise with product instincts to shape roadmap decisions and partner across the enterprise for scalable, compliant, customer-centric solutions.

Qualifikationen

8+ years of product management or agile development in financial services, fintech, or banking.
5+ years of product management experience in financial services or fintech.
Excellent communication, systems thinking, and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

Contribute to vision and roadmap for Payment Hub with data and regulatory needs.
Own backlog, feature sequencing, and PI objectives across teams.
Lead discovery through delivery, defining requirements and acceptance criteria.
Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
Oversee release readiness, testing reviews, and post-launch validation.
Monitor KPIs and align dependencies with platform strategy.
