Synchrony seeks a VP, Treasury – Payment Systems Product Owner to maximize value delivered by Agile teams building core payments capabilities within Synchrony’s Payment Hub. The role requires deep payments expertise, roadmap influence, and cross‑enterprise collaboration to deliver scalable, compliant, customer‑centric payment solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma with 8+ years of product mgmt or agile experience in financial services.
• 5+ years of product mgmt, systems analyst, or agile development in financial services.
• Strong communication, systems thinking, and stakeholder mgmt skills.
• Willingness to travel for business as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead roadmap and strategy for Payment Hub; align with stakeholders to shape platform.
• Own backlog from discovery to delivery; manage releases and post-launch feedback.
• Lead Agile ceremonies; prioritize user stories; ensure compliance and operations needs are met.
• Identify risks and dependencies; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee testing activities and sign-off; monitor KPIs for product success.
