Synchrony is seeking a VP, Treasury – Payment Systems Product Owner to maximize value across Agile teams building core payments capabilities in the Payment Hub. The role blends payments expertise with product ownership, roadmap shaping, and cross‑enterprise collaboration to deliver scalable, compliant, customer‑centric solutions.

The position offers flexible work options—from home to hub or office—and may require occasional in-person engagement at a nearby site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent; 8+ years in product management or agile in financial services/fintech/banking.
• 5+ years of product management, systems analysis or agile development in financial services/fintech/banking.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to product vision and roadmap decisions for Payment Hub.
• Own product space from discovery through delivery; define requirements and prioritize backlog.
• Lead Agile ceremonies with clear product context and timely issue resolution.
• Identify risks, blockers, and gaps; secure stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee release activities and post-launch validation; monitor KPIs.
