Zusammenfassung

Synchrony seeks a VP, Treasury – Payment Systems Product Owner to maximize value across Agile teams delivering core payments capabilities in the Payment Hub. This senior role demands deep payments expertise, strong product instincts, and roadmap leadership.

You will partner across the enterprise to deliver scalable, secure, compliant and customer-centric payment solutions, with flexible work-from-home, hub-near, or office options and periodic in-person engagements.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in product mgmt/agile in financial services.
5+ years of product mgmt, systems analysis, or agile dev in finance/fintech.
Exceptional communication, systems thinking and stakeholder mgmt.
Willingness to travel as required.

Aufgaben

Own the product space from discovery through delivery with backlog ownership.
Lead Agile ceremonies and provide product context and timely issue resolution.
Write and prioritize user stories reflecting stakeholder needs and compliance.
Identify risks, blockers and gaps; coordinate release readiness and UAT.
Monitor KPIs to measure product success and cross-team efficiency.
Ensure third-party integrations meet SLAs and control requirements.
