Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in PEO/ASO/Staffing, Payroll and Implementation software.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes.
• Strong technical inclination and a desire to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and provide best practice guidance.
• Document requirements using cases in functional design documents.
• Maintain all documentation and detailed notes related to customer projects.
• Manage multiple projects to meet established quality standards.
• Work with a cross functional team to implement solutions in an Agile environment.
• Deliver presentations to customers at events.
