Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Product Consultant to implement new customers and advise existing clients on core platform functionality and best practices. You will lead implementations, provide technical and PEO/ASO expertise, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and maintain high-quality documentation and outcomes.

This role requires five years of experience with PEO/ASO or staffing operations, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain concepts clearly.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for remote and in-person engagements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience documenting requirements and workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn other apps.
• Experience with PEO/ASO or staffing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and guide PrismHR implementations.
• Document requirements and create functional design documents.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status.
• Manage multiple implementations to meet quality and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Design and execute complex merges and processes for implementations.
• Deliver remote and in-person presentations at meetings and events.
• Travel up to 25% domestically.
