Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Product Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor, leading new customer implementations and advising existing customers on PrismHR core platform best practices. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, maintain quality documentation, and ensure successful outcomes across projects.

The role requires five+ years in PEO/ASO or staffing operations, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience with PEO, ASO, or staffing operations; payroll; and implementation software.
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes.
• Proficiency with Pendo is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship and guide best-practice PrismHR implementations.
• Document requirements and use cases in functional design documents.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple customer implementations and ensure quality and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
