Job summary

PrismHR creates software and services for HR Outsourcing providers, including PEOs and ASOs. The Product Consultant on the Professional Services Team implements new customers and advises existing clients on software and industry best practices, bringing deep PEO/ASO/Staffing knowledge, payroll, benefits, and technical insight to projects.

The role leads customers through implementations, guiding them with industry expertise and best-practice guidance to ensure successful outcomes across systems

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience PEO/ASO/Staffing, Payroll and Implementation software.
• Ability to work independently and understand and solve complex problems.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong presentation skills.
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship to understand business requirements and provide best practice guidance for PrismHR solutions.
• Document requirements using functional design documents and statements of work with scope, assumptions, deliverables and hours.
• Independently manage multiple projects to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust solutions in an Agile environment.
• Design and execute complex merges and customer processes; deliver presentations to customers remotely or in person.
