Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Product Consultant within the PrismHR Professional Services Team to implement new customers and advise existing clients on software and industry best practices. This role requires knowledge of PEO/ASO/Staffing, benefits and payroll, and a technical background.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in PEO/ASO/Staffing, Payroll and Implementation software.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes
• Strong technical inclination, and a desire to learn continuously

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship to understand business requirements and provide best-practice guidance for PrismHR solutions
• Document requirements using functional design documents and statements of work
• Maintain all project documentation and notes
• Communicate project status proactively with management
• Independently manage multiple projects to meet quality standards and expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust Agile solutions
• Design and execute complex merges and customer processes
• Deliver presentations to customers remotely and in person at PrismHR events
