Job summary

PrismHR creates exceptional software and services, empowering human resource outsourcing service providers such as PEOs, ASOs, and staffing companies, to deliver world-class HR, benefits and payroll to small and medium-sized businesses.

The Product Consultant role on the Professional Services Team implements new customers and guides existing customers on best practices, with expertise in PEO/ASO/Staffing, payroll, and related technical processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in PEO/ASO/Staffing, Payroll and Implementation software.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship to understand business requirements and provide best-practice guidance for PrismHR solutions.
• Document requirements in functional design documents and understand Statements of Work.
• Maintain documentation and notes related to customer projects and update management on status.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust PrismHR solutions in an Agile environment and present to customers.
