Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months direct customer service in healthcare settings.
• Preferred coursework toward an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Answer a high-volume of incoming calls with accurate information.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details.
• Assist with MyChart activation and EMR appointment requests.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments, including referrals and tests.
• Collect copays and ensure proper front-desk operations.
