Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC is seeking a Field Performance Manager, On-Premise, based in Chicago. You will lead a team of 5–10 Customer-Facing Channel Developers, driving commercial opportunities across a large portfolio of spirit brands in target on-premise accounts.

Reporting to the Director, Field Marketing, you will plan and report field activities, drive performance against goals, and manage local budgets while traveling to accounts to coach and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Business preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of bev-alc industry experience.
• 2–3 years people management experience preferred.
• Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
• Proven strong customer relationship experience and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial opportunities for the field unit and manage 5–10 customer-facing Developers.
• Plan, track, and execute commercial strategies using performance data.
• Coordinate with client/distributor network to align local activities.
• Oversee budget responsibilities for the local unit and travel planning.
• Lead training and development initiatives, providing mentorship to the team.
• Cultivate partnerships and leverage market resources for the brand portfolio.
