Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC is seeking a Channel Developer, Off-Premise to drive commercial performance across a territory of spirit brands. The role requires proximity to designated market and involves engaging accounts with brand programming and sales strategies.

Reporting to the Field Performance Manager, you will build long-term relationships, analyze performance data, and coordinate agency initiatives, budgets, and assets while expanding knowledge of spirits trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bev-alc industry experience.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accounts; own transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Legal and compliance: maintain all guidelines.
• Drive brand presence and velocity in accounts.
• Plan, track, and implement engagement using data.
• Gain consumer insight to inform sessions.
• Manage agency budget, reporting, and assets.
• Serve as liaison between portfolio, distributor and customers.
• Develop knowledge in spirits and presentation skills.
