Enthuse Marketing is seeking a Channel Developer, On-Premise, based near Chicago to drive commercial performance for a broad spirits portfolio. You will translate market intelligence into actionable strategies, leverage brand programming, education, and agency resources, and report to the Field Performance Manager.

The role emphasizes understanding on-premise shifts, identifying growth opportunities, and working across accounts with strong negotiation and engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills help develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to tailor communications for a variety of on-premise environments and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence, share, and velocity in accounts using strategic engagement activities and business-focused solutions.
• Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
• Develop market insights to inform customer engagement sessions and identify merchandising opportunities.
• Coordinate with agency initiatives including budgeting, reporting, and data tracking.
• Serve as liaison between portfolio, distributor, manager and customers within the territory.
