Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is seeking a Channel Developer Off-Premise to drive commercial performance across a territory of off-premise accounts for a large portfolio of spirit brands. The role requires a base within a 30-minute commuting distance of the designated market, with travel and flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bev-alc industry experience.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills to develop and maintain relationships.
• Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence, share, and velocity in accounts using strategic engagement.
• Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
• Glean consumer insights to inform customer engagement sessions.
• Identify merchandising opportunities aligned with portfolio priorities.
• Coordinate agency initiatives including budget, reporting, and data tracking.
• Serve as liaison between portfolio, distributor, manager and customers in the territory.
